Tonight we finally got to experience the preschool Christmas program that was postponed due to the "Arctic Blast." It was fabulous, there is nothing more heartwarming than seeing preschoolers belting out songs about loving Jesus and reciting memory verses. I am a very emotional Mommy but managed to only let the tears cloud my vision a couple times. Dylan's class was up first so I scooted down on the floor front and center to get some pictures of my handsome little man. He did mouth the memory verse but then it started to go downhill.
He was putting fingers in his mouth and spinning around but the topper was....this:
Its too painful to actually type. Luckily he is so very handsome
so it was cute and endearing, but we need to have a few more talks about those sorts of things! The rest of the program was amazing. There were time I just closed my eyes and soaked in the beautiful sound of these 3-5 year old worshipping, even though they may not know what that is at this point it was so pure and innocent. I am looking forward to many years of church and school programs and you can be sure you will hear about them all! Until then listen to a kid sing....its amazing!
