So lately I have been feeling rather creative and have decided to tackle the kids rooms and get them decorated fun and in a theme I thought they would each enjoy.
I started with Ally's room doing a green stripe all the way around her walls. I used a borrowed laser level from a friend, and wouldn't you know it still managed to do a crooked line....oh well. Ally loves it and that is all that matters. I also purchased 3 canvases with bugs printed on them and colored them in to hang on her wall with the wooden flowers that I have previously painted and hung. And just yesterday I recieved her butterflies by fedex and hung all 12 around her room from the ceiling. She was so exited about her "flowers"...ie butterflies....here are some pictures of here room!
Now Dylans room I had some great fun in also! I have painted 2 trees and 3 clouds....the clouds need some more work but the trees turned out great! Dylan told me they were the coolest! I also have a chimpanzee wall sticker coming to put by the tree and eventually hope to add a macaw, toucan, and giraffe to this "Dylan Jungle," here are a couple pictures with more to come as more gets added!
