Saturday we celebrated Kaydi Belle, Dad Hotrum, and Brother Brian's birthdays with a family BBQ. We got there around 4 and started to eat about 20 minutes later a great spread of Chicken, Pork, and Brats plus chips, beans, and deviled eggs. After eating a yummy dinner we got the kids all dressed up to go in the pool. The kids loved playing in the pool splashing and playing with the bubbles we had set up next to it.
Dad then announced that Ted the turtle was back and the search commenced through the raspberry bushes in the back to find him
which after about 10 minutes Dad exclaimed that he had found him. So we proceeded to all gaze at him
until he got so spooked he booked it out of there faster than I have ever seen a turtle move in my life! 
After all that excitement the kids went back and played in the pool for a little bit then we got them out dried off and dressed. Next came the rides around the block in the Model T. First was Dad and Brian. 
Then Dad, Brian, and Dylan.
Next was Dad, Me, and Ally.
Followed by Dad, Kaydi, and Grace.
Then was Dad and his sister Laurel.
Finally Dad, Darrin, and Dylan
to finish out the ride segment of our night. Making our way inside we get all set up for the cake and the blowing out of candles.
Followed by eating cake and ice cream. And finally on to the present opening!
We wrapped the evening by letting the kids watch a Dora DVD. Then off to home and bed. Happy Birthday Dad, Kaydi, and Brian!!!!
